These are your tasks:
* You are responsible for the line & professional management of the System Integration Cabin team
* You are responsible for the planning, coordination and provision of the necessary capacities and skills, as well as the integration of internal and external development service providers.
* You support the objectives of the department and you are responsible for the execution of team targets including the initialization and implementation of improvement measures.
* Establishing and further developing of standards, processes, methods and tools within the area of responsibility
based on the team KPIs

Who we are looking for:
* You have a successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering or natural sciences or a successfully completed technical degree in a STEM field or comparable qualification.
* You have sound professional experience in the development & integration of electrical equipment as well as with oxygen systems and are familiar with the regulatory requirements (CS-25/FAR Part 25, Do-160, DO-254) with a focus on ATA Chapters 92 and 35.
* You have extensive knowledge and skills in managing, motivating and developing employees (> 3 years).
* You promote teamwork as well as open and constructive communication between employees.
* You have strong project management skills and experience in budget planning and resource management.
