We’re looking for an experienced Capability Development Specialist to support learning, training, and workforce development initiatives across our logistics operations in Germany.
What You’ll Do
* Design and deliver operational training programs
* Build onboarding and upskilling frameworks
* Develop certification and talent development pathways
* Create and maintain training materials and SOPs
* Support employee engagement and team culture initiatives
* Drive best practice sharing and operational excellence
* Partner closely with warehouse and business teams
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience within the logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation sector
* AEVO / AdA Trainer Certificate (Ausbildereignungsverordnung) is required
* Experience delivering operational or vocational training
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent German and English
