Knowledge of Stanag 4671 is an advantage. Experience in UAS related national (German) and international operational regulations Experience in design engineering is an advantage (e.g. Structure, General System, Avionics, Armament) Experience in negotiations with external, international Partners Leadership experience (communication skills, negotiation skills, moderation skills) Business fluent in German and English Emphatic team player with positive and proactive attitude, capable of problem solving and critical thinking Not a 100% match?
