Your mission Be responsible for communicating with customers in the after-sales phase (logistics) by telephone and CRM system (Salesforce) Pursue a solution-oriented approach and prioritise customer satisfaction Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions about the status of their shipment Serve as the first point of contact for logistics service providers regarding problems with delivery Prepare the necessary documents for returns from third countries Your profile You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or business-related role. However, lateral entry may also be possible (Initial) professional experience in complaints management or customer care Knowledge of customs/export law Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of other languages advantageous The ability to work in a team and with care and initiative. In addition to your communication skills, you should show a strongly customer and service-orientated approach and an ability to get things done Why us?
