Technical Specialist Managed Print service (f/m/d)

Your job:
* To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
* To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
* To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
* Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
* To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
* Manage in-scope Backend Print Management Tool
* Provide information about installed print queue names to customer
* Conduct adequate testing and certification
Your profile:
* Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience on Print service including LRS, HP, GMPS
* Print Configuration Management, Print Environment Monitoring, Print Environment Management, Print Firmware Management, Print Driver Management experience.
* Experience with LRS VPSX Queue for Special Print Unmanaged Printers
* Experience with LRS Portal Management
* Experience with OEM & 3rd Party Coordination
* Experience with Output management LRS
* Experience with Label Printing Software Support
* Consumables Management Support Coordination
* Incident & Service Request Management
* Label and Bulk printing
