We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with following key responsibilities:
Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives.
Change Management and Communication: Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan.
Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments.
Collaboration: Work closely with all project members.
At least 5+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally within IT projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel as project demands require (approximately 1-2 times per month for 3-4 days).
