Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of initial route steering and pricing plans in line with business objectives.
* Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal bookings trends against assigned targets.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance revenue based on bookings patterns across various product segments.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven insights into retail data performance.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor prices, analyzing their impact on flight pick-up curves.
* Implement business rules in revenue management systems to validate route forecasts and demand categorization.
* Identify opportunities for aircraft capacity optimization to maximize flight capacity utilization.
* Cultivate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including network planning, marketing, e-commerce sales, and product management.
* Participate in revenue management projects involving data science, business intelligence reports, data collection, analysis, and projects with suppliers.
* Present findings and project results to top management as required.

Required Profile:
">
* Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, business administration, or engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of the airline/transportation industry.
* Ability to develop and execute relevant revenue management strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills and interest in figures/data and quantitative methods.
* Results-oriented and performance-driven individual.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of inventory and revenue management systems, Amadeus is an asset.
* Strong synthesis, analytical thinking, and confidence in working with reports and simulations.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take calculated risks.
* Self-starting, independent, and purposeful individual.
* Solid understanding of market demand and competition behaviors.
* Excellent communication skills in English, French, and/or German.
* Strict confidentiality of data.
