We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll-related HR operations. This role has a strong hands-on focus on payroll management, payroll tax, and labor law compliance, while also managing the employee lifecycle and coordinating closely with external payroll service providers and unions/works councils.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Payroll & Compensation Management / 薪酬与工资管理(核心职责)
* Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processes in coordination with external payroll providers
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions
* Manage payroll tax, social security, and statutory contributions in compliance with local regulations
* Review payroll reports, conduct payroll audits, and resolve complex payroll issues
* Act as the key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
* 统筹并管理薪酬全流程,主导与外包薪酬服务公司的协作
* 确保工资、奖金、补贴及各类扣款的准确性与及时发放
* 负责工资税、社保及法定缴费的合规管理
* 审核薪酬报表,支持薪酬审计并处理复杂薪酬问题
* 作为薪酬管理核心负责人,解答员工及管理层的相关咨询
Employee Lifecycle Management / 员工全生命周期管理
* Oversee employment contracts from onboarding to termination
* Review and issue employment-related documents, including work certificates and reference letters
* Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data and HR records
* 管理并审核员工从入职、在职到离职的劳动合同
* 审核并签发在职证明、离职证明、推荐信等人事文件
* 确保员工人事信息的准确性、完整性与合规性
Labor Law & Compliance / 劳动法与合规管理
* Ensure all HR and payroll practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies
* Advise management on labor law–related topics, including probation, termination, and working hours
* Monitor labor law changes and assess their impact on payroll and HR operations
* 确保人力资源及薪酬流程符合当地劳动法及公司政策
* 就试用期管理、解约流程、工时制度等劳动法问题为管理层提供专业建议
* 持续关注劳动法及薪税政策变化,并评估其对公司的影响
Union & Stakeholder Coordination / 工会及相关方协作
* Prepare and submit onboarding and personnel-related applications to the works council / union
* Act as the primary HR contact for union-related and administrative matters
* 负责员工入职及相关人事事项的工会审批申请
* 作为HR对接人,处理与工会相关的沟通与行政事务
Leave & Absence Management / 休假与缺勤管理
* Oversee vacation, sick leave, and absence management in HR systems
* Ensure leave and absence records comply with legal and company requirements
* 统筹年假、病假及其他假期的系统管理
* 确保假期及缺勤管理符合劳动法及公司制度要求
Qualifications / 任职要求
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Solid expertise in payroll management, payroll tax, and labor law
* Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll-focused HR roles, with experience in a managerial or senior position preferred
* Strong communication skills in Chinese and German; English business communication is a strong plus
* High attention to detail with a strong sense of data confidentiality and compliance
* 人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历
* 具备扎实的薪酬管理、工资税及劳动法背景
* 至少 5 年以薪酬为核心的人力资源相关经验,有管理或资深岗位经验者优先
* 具备良好的中德沟通能力,英文商务交流能力为加分项
* 细致严谨,具备高度的数据保密意识与合规意识
