Your responsibilities Do you thrive at the intersection of digital marketing performance and industrial innovation? Join EP Equipment in a hands-on, high-impact role where your expertise in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) directly supports our growth in the forklift and warehouse equipment sector. As Google Ad and SEA Specialist you’ll work with the small but powerful e-commerce team on the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on generating qualified B2B leads for our distribution network. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams like marketing and digitalisation, leveraging analytics to drive measurable impact in a fast-growing, international company. YOUR FOCUS: Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for B2B lead generation and build upon our existing ad campaigns Assist with tailored landing pages and campaign structures for logistics, warehousing, and material handling segments. (WordPress and basic web design experience is a plus.) Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, conversion tracking, and strategic budget allocation. Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable performance reports. Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEA for industrial B2B markets. Your profile Proven experience running performance-focused SEA campaigns in a B2B context. Deep understanding of funnel marketing, retargeting, and conversion optimisation strategies. Good command of English so that you can communicate within our international teams and create English-language advertisements; German or additional languages are a plus. Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot ) and analytics/tracking tools. Analytical, hands-on, and proactive with a results-oriented mindset. Background or interest in logistics, forklifts, or industrial tech is a significant advantage. SEO experience is also a significant advantage. Why us?
