Hanseatic Connect
At Hanseatic Connect, our work goes far beyond placing people in jobs.
We create real perspectives — for professionals seeking stability, recognition, and a future, and for institutions and businesses that rely on qualified staff to function sustainably.
As part of the Schulte Group, you work within a strong international network built on many years of experience in recruitment, personnel management, and development. For you as an HR Consultant (m/f/d), this means access to established international structures, reliable partners, and expert colleagues across different countries and sectors. You are not working alone, but as part of a globally connected organization where knowledge, best practices, and support are shared.
At the same time, Hanseatic Connect is a young member of the group. This gives us a distinct startup mentality: short decision-making paths, a high degree of ownership, and the opportunity to actively shape processes, structures, and ways of working. You combine the stability and reach of a large organization with the dynamism, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit of a growing company.
By connecting skilled professionals with employers in the medical, nursing, hospitality, and gastronomy sectors, we actively contribute to addressing critical labour shortages that affect society as a whole. Hospitals remain operational, care facilities can support those in need, and hospitality businesses continue to create spaces of encounter and cultural exchange.
As an HR Consultant (m/f/d), you are part of this mission. Your work helps qualified individuals build long-term careers while enabling organizations to deliver essential services.
What drives us is the conviction that successful international recruitment must be holistic: respectful, well-structured, and focused on sustainable integration. This sense of purpose is a core part of how we work — and a key source of motivation for our team.
Your Role
In this role, you accompany candidates through one of the most significant decisions of their lives and support them throughout a transparent and well-structured recruitment journey.
Depending on your experience, you will take responsibility for defined parts of the recruitment process or manage recruitment projects end to end. Your main tasks include:
* Guiding candidates from first contact through successful placement and integration
* Working closely with international colleagues, clients, and external partners
* Supporting candidate sourcing through international networks, local teams, databases, social media, and recruitment events
* Reviewing applications, assessing qualifications and documentation, and conducting initial interviews
* Coordinating and supporting interviews between candidates and clients
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Providing clear and transparent information about working and living conditions
* Ensuring accurate handling and maintenance of candidate data and recruitment documentation
* With increasing experience, you will also:
* Contribute to the further development, structuring, and documentation of recruitment processes
* Share insights, help improve workflows, and support the ongoing professionalization of our international recruitment activities
Your Profile
You bring a completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with a background in HR, healthcare, or hospitality, as well as a genuine interest in recruitment and working with people in an international context.
More specifically, you bring:
* Confident German skills and a good command of English, both written and spoken
* An organized, reliable, and team-oriented working style
* Confidence in working with MS Office and digital tools
Depending on your experience level:
* Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage, but not a requirement — entry-level candidates are very welcome
* Experience in medical, nursing, hospitality, or gastronomy sectors is a plus
* Experience in international or multicultural working environments is beneficial
* Affinity for business development could be a skill on demand
