Customer service specialist – pharma (m/f/d)

On behalf of our renowned pharmaceutical client in Monheim, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Pharma (m/f/d). You will strengthen the team for an initial period of 12 months as part of a temporary staffing arrangement (extension possible). Home office option: 2 days/week.

Your tasks

6. Order-to-Cash management: Complete processing from order placement through shipping to invoicing and credit note.

7. Customer service: Central contact person for pharmacies, hospitals and wholesalers (phone & email)

8. Pharmaceutical compliance: Review of statutory manufacturer discounts and invoicing under the Packaging Act

9. Supply Chain Management: Monitoring and optimization of supply chains, delivery quantities and adherence to deadlines

10. Master data maintenance: Management of customer, article and price data in the SAP system

11. SIMS & Projects: Process optimization in the Supply Integrity Management System and participation in (inter)national projects

12. Complaint management: Professional handling, resolution and documentation of customer complaints and returns

13. Team collaboration: Close cooperation with marketing and quality assurance

Your profile

14. Qualification: Commercial vocational training or a comparable background with a business administration focus

15. Professional experience: Several years of practical experience in customer service, necessarily within the pharmaceutical industry

16. IT expertise: Sound knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4HANA as well as experience with cloud-based CRM tools (e.g. Veeva or Salesforce )

17. Language skills: Fluent German and very good English

18. Communication: Excellent written and spoken expression, as well as strong argumentation skills.

19. Working style: High attention to detail, reliability and a proactive, patient-centered attitude
