Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including:
* Clerical support administrative duties using prescribed procedures
* Providing solutions for complex customer situations
* Interacting with customers regarding service and support inquiries such as call management, part order fulfillment and return tracking, trade quoting for services and parts, order management (billing), dispatching of onsite resources (people and parts), and contract and pre/post sale inquiries
