As part of our internal SAP S/4HANA project team, you will support the transformation in the production and manufacturing area of our internationally successful company. Your project results will have a direct impact on the daily work of your colleagues to produce medicines from Berlin for people all over the world. This position is limited to 2 years.
These tasks inspire you
* Management and support of the migration team
* Overall responsibility for the migration topics as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation
* Creation and maintenance of a data migration plan that covers all phases and all legacy systems and identifies and minimizes risks
* Establishment of data management processes to ensure data integrity
* Monitoring and management of data cleansing, conversion/extraction, transformation and data loading to ensure data integrity, completeness, accuracy and consistency
* Coordinate the completion of S/4HANA and legacy system templates, validation before and after loading for each MOCK, utilizing the support of the system integrator team
* Monitoring and reporting of data quality metrics
* Involvement and support of local users during the definition and execution of the data migration / conversion plan
* Collaboration with functional teams to ensure support of the new S/4HANA business processes after data migration
What sets you apart
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience as a migration lead or in a similar leadership role
* Accompaniment of at least two complete SAP implementations over their entire lifecycle
* Analytical problem-solving and communication skills to solve challenges independently instead of having them solved "from above"
* Experience in the migration of non-SAP projects to SAP is a great advantage
* Experience with other migration projects is desirable
* Very good knowledge of MS Excel, ideally with Power Query knowledge
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
