Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all design disciplines (architectural, electrical, and mechanical) through each project phase
* Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with client requirements, budgets, and schedules
* Act as the primary design interface between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
* Oversee the production of design documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
* Provide design leadership and technical support during tendering and construction phases
* Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the design process
Skills / Must Have:
* Proven experience in design management within the data center sector (consultancy, engineering, or client-side)
* Strong understanding of data center systems, standards, and integration across disciplines
* Background in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — both internal and client-facing
* Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure design quality under tight timelines
* Fluent in German and English
