Responsibilities
1. Design and develop Power BI reports/dashboards for KPI management and controlling
2. Integrate, model, and harmonize data from multiple sources (, SAP), ensuring data quality
3. Standardize and optimize existing reporting solutions to reduce complexity and improve efficiency
4. Build Power Apps and automate financial processes using Power Automate
5. Translate business requirements (controlling, planning, performance) into technical solutions
6. Manage releases, testing, documentation, and collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders
Profile
7. Fluent German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2) language skills are required
8. Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar
9. Solid experience in data analytics, BI, or finance-related digital initiatives
10. Strong knowledge of finance/controlling processes (planning, forecasting, reporting, KPIs)
11. Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design)
12. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SQL/data modeling
13. Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to bridge business and IT
