These exciting tasks await you:
* Management and maintenance of the entire hardware lifecycle (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
* Recording, documentation, and updating of all IT assets in the asset management system.
* Conducting regular inventory checks and quality control.
* Collection, return, and physical inspection of IT hardware in the warehouse or at the customer's premises.
* Coordinating repairs, RMA processes, and replacement devices.
* Ensuring compliance with regard to licenses, warranties, leasing, and usage periods.
* Creating reports, evaluations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
* Working closely with other internal IT infrastructure departments.
Your profile:
* Completed training in IT or business administration (e.g., IT systems administrator, IT specialist, IT support).
* Experience in IT asset management or related areas (e.g., IMAC D, field service, IT logistics).
* Knowledge of common asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Matrix42) is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of hardware components, imaging/deployment processes, and Windows operating systems.
* Structured, careful, and process-oriented way of working.
* High level of customer and service orientation, professional conduct on site.
* Class B driver's license (for customer visits or pick-ups at the warehouse, if necessary).
* Very good German skills and solid English skills for documentation and communication.
