Responsibilities
* Provide deskside and onsite technical support in line with SLAs
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
* Install, upgrade, and repair hardware and software
* Assist users with LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and file services
* Configure printers, scanners, and mobile devices
* Deliver VIP support for PCs, mobile devices, AV systems, docking stations, etc.
* Log and track requests through ticketing/problem-management tools
* Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Requirements -
* Valid work permit in Germany
* Several years of IT Support/EUC Experience
* English and Local language fluency
