Job Description Overview: The SOSi team is growing in Europe and we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Print/Email Administrator to join our team on site in Wiesbaden, Germany . As a Print/Email Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's print and email infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to efficient document processing, effective communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of our print and email systems. Essential Job Duties: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of print servers, printers, and multifunction devices. This includes managing print queues, printer drivers, and implementing print policies to ensure optimal performance and security. Collaborate with different teams to understand their print requirements and develop efficient document processing workflows. This involves setting up and maintaining print servers, print queues, and print policies to enable seamless document printing and routing. Administer and support our email systems, such as Microsoft Exchange or other email platforms. This includes user management, mailbox provisioning, configuring email policies, and troubleshooting email-related issues. Implement and manage spam filtering and virus protection mechanisms to ensure the security and integrity of our email communication. Develop and maintain email archiving solutions to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. This involves managing retention policies, performing e-discovery searches, and ensuring email data integrity. Monitor the performance of print and email systems, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. This includes monitoring print queues, printer utilization, email server performance, and storage capacity. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve issues related to print and email systems. This includes diagnosing and resolving printing errors, email delivery problems, and user access issues.
