Privately owned and trusted by both Mid-Market & Enterprises companies alike, they are expanding their leadership team to drive deep and sustainable Enterprise customer engagement across the NEMEA region.Position OverviewThey are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented & "hands-on" Head of Strategic Accounts for the NEMEA region to lead an experienced team of 3/4 heads and acquire new relationships with the region’s largest and most strategic Enterprise customers. You will be responsible for building and executing the strategic account strategy, growing revenues & driving sales within complex B2B Enterprise environments, enhancing customer satisfaction, and establishing long-term partnerships that drive mutual value.This senior leadership role requires exceptional commercial acumen & sales team leading skills, deep Enterprise SaaS experience, and a proven ability to manage C-level relationships across multiple industries and countries in the NEMEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives & Partner Manager across NEMEA.Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for the region’s top-tier Enterprise customers.Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.Drive multi-year commercial growth across strategic accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives, although this will be very much focused on growth.Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, and professional services to deliver tailored solutions and outstanding customer experiences.Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development and strategic direction.Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).Identify market trends, regional dynamics, and new opportunities within the NEMEA Website years of experience in Enterprise business application software (SaaS) sales (NOT technical or IT applications), with 5+ years in a strategic sales leadership role.Proven track record of managing and growing strategic Enterprise accounts with >€1M+ annual revenue.Deep knowledge of the Enterprise SaaS ecosystem (e.g., cloud, data platforms, digital transformation, CRM/CX/CEM/BPM etc).Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across NEMEA.Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.Fluent in English to business level & mother-tongue German.Based in Germany or possibly Austria with the ability to travel across NEMEA as required.What they offerCompetitive compensation package (Up to €140K fixed) with performance-based incentives/commissions - €220K - €250K OTE (uncapped).Potential equity participation in a fast-growing SaaS company after qualifying period.A high-impact leadership role with visibility and influence at the Executive level.A collaborative, innovative culture where your voice is heard.Flexibility in work location (remote).Interested & relevant candidates should get in touch at; paul@snooprid.comSeniority levelSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesSoftware Development and IT System Custom Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at SnooprID by 2xGet notified about new Strategic Account Specialist jobs in Germany.Senior Regional Account Manager - BerlinRegional Key Account & Business Development Manager – Automotive (m/f/d)Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany 2 months agoWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
