JOB DESCRIPTION
The work is therefore mainly carried out by actively participating and contributing to continuously increasing
daily sales, including through but also other customary tasks and responsibilities:
• Ensure that the store is always well stocked and well-cleaned.
• Stay up to date and involved in day-to-day sales and operations.
• Take your own initiative and independently plan your work.
• Actively work for increased sales and make sure to be well informed about sales goals and budgets.
• Have control and good knowledge of the warehouse/inventory.
• Ensuring that our customers receive a pleasant and humble treatment with the highest level of service.
• Work to minimize wastage/shoplifting.
• Help your colleagues to the best of their ability.
• Follow established routines and rules and preferably take responsibility for trying to improve and
develop the work in the store.
• Contribute to creating job satisfaction, both for yourself and your colleagues.
STAFF RULES
• You are expected to be dressed in a representative and well-groomed manner, with no visible logos from
competing brands. All male employees always wear a shirt from John Henric with a tie, bow tie or scarf. If you
wish to wear a jacket or suit, you must always use a handkerchief in your breast pocket. All remaining garments
that you choose to wear such as sweater, sock etc must always be in John Henric.
• Your personal code for the checkout and computer is personal and may not be given to other
employees/colleagues.
• You are not allowed to borrow clothes and you are not allowed to use clothes in the store that are not paid
for. Staff purchases are paid at the cash register before you go home for the day, but never alone, store
manager must be present for all staff purchases.
• You arrive on time according to your scheduled working hours. It is not allowed to exchange schedules with
another employee without the prior written approval of the store manager.
• When receiving deliveries of goods to the store, you must always reconcile the number of packages with the
delivery note/consignment note. In case of differences, the driver must always sign the delivery note stating
that the package is missing. After that, the Store Manager must be informed.
• In case of illness, you call the Store Manager, no later than one hour before the scheduled shift. If you open
the store, you should call earlier. SMS and email are not a way we use to call in sick.
• Alcohol and other intoxicants are not allowed at all during working hours and in the workplace.
The workplace is also non-smoking.
• For social media, the same rules apply as in real life. Show respect for colleagues, customers and the
company. Use of the Company's trademark requires prior written approval.
• Private conversations/text messages take place before or after working hours unless the matter is of utmost
importance.
• In case of suspicion of irregularities, you are obliged to report to the Store Manager or CEO of John Henric AB,
