Digital Workplace Solutions are a key part of Lenovos Professional and Managed Services strategy, focused on delivering high-value IT services that align with our customers' business goals. We support digital transformation through a full range of services, including Service Desk, Unified Endpoint Management, Endpoint Security, device deployment, support, data migration, and retirement, across end-user devices, cloud, and on-premise infrastructure. Were looking for an experienced end user Solution Services Advisory Architect to lead the pre-sales and delivery of our digital workplace offerings across EMEA. This role is central to translating complex customer needs into outcome-driven IT solutions and guiding them through large-scale transformation programs.You will report to the EMEA Solution Services Architecture Leader and work closely with internal and external teams to drive successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
* Lead consultative workshops and define customer-specific use cases.
* Design tailored solution architectures and build strong business cases.
* Manage technical validations and respond to RFI/RFPs.
* Ensure services deliver measurable business value.
* Operate strategically and independently across regions with deep expertise in digital workplace technologies.
Key Requirements Include
* Strong experience designing and implementing digital workplace solutions
* Deep technical knowledge of end-user environments and transformation processes
* Ability to develop and present compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI
* Proven track record with complex solutioning, including cost and commercial modeling
* 5+ years in project, change, and service delivery roles
* Multilingual, including fluent English and ideally local language
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills up to C-level
* Background in infrastructure, datacentre, or network presales is a plus
* Ability to coach and support peers and contribute to service innovation
