Your Responsibilities

Senior Associate Banking – Lawyer - Law - Legal

You are in charge of offering your clients legal advice and negotiating on a wide variety of matters relating to banking transactions and more.
You are responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts and opinions.
Conducting legal research and staying up to date with regards to any legal developments in your field allows you to adequately assist your clients.
As an experienced Associate, you will also be involved in mentoring junior associates in case they have questions or doubts.

Profile and Career Path

Senior Associate Banking – Lawyer - Law - Legal

You have

at least 2 years

of experience as an associate in a law firm based in Luxembourg, a period during which you have focused on the banking & finance or COBAFI department.
Fluency in English is required for this position, as the international network of this law firm has allowed them to develop a

prestigious

and

renowned client base .
You successfully passed the Luxembourg Bar exam or are already a qualified lawyer in another European Union country.
You would describe yourself as an entrepreneurial person and are seeking to invest yourself in a law firm where everyone benefits from each other’s experience and know-how.
