Job Description
As a Director, Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Development division. This role reports directly to the Managing Director (CEO) and aims to expand the global product portfolio in strategic core indications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing, selecting and implementing new product opportunities through R&D, licensing agreements and asset deals.
* Developing the existing product portfolio.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration is essential for success in this role.
Experience Requirements:
h4. A successfully completed degree in natural sciences or economics.
h4. Relevant professional experience in areas such as portfolio management M&A R&D and BD within the pharmaceutical industry.
h4. Strategic foresight excellent negotiating skills analytical mind positive open-minded assertive personality entrepreneurial mindset business fluent English German willingness travel.
