Your tasks
8. Planning, administration and management of the global IT server infrastructure
9. Ensuring maximum system availability for all international locations
10. Technical support for IT solutions - on-time, on-target and on-budget
11. Tailored global and local IT support
12. Operation and further development of infrastructure systems: Broadcom/VMWare, MS servers, RDS servers, AWS WorkSpaces, etc.

Your profile
15. Completed studies in the field of computer science / computer engineering or comparable training with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
16. Extensive technical experience with: Datacenter technologies, vSphere, Cisco, Microsoft Server, AWS Cloud Services, Backup & DR (Avamar, Veeam)
17. Excellent understanding of IT troubleshooting, concepts and terminology
18. Solid knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory and ITIL processes
19. Very good practical experience with the VMware Suite (vSphere, ESXi)
20. High willingness to learn, flexibility, and structured, critical thinking.
21. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
