We need you here: Would you like to start your career or take the next step in your career with a growing international company? Here, at ECOMAL Sweden AB, you’ll become part of a dedicated sales team working closely with our customers in the Nordic region, the Baltics and Asia. You’ll combine customer service, business acumen and organisational skills in a responsible role that will help you grow professionally.
We are looking for someone who is organised, communicative and enjoys interacting with a wide range of people. You thrive on building relationships, solving problems and providing customers with a truly excellent experience – both over the phone and via email.
In your daily work you will:
* Support and advise our customers on prices, availabilty and product solutions.
* Conduct price negotiations and follow up on price agreements.
* Create offers and handle incoming orders with a high standard of quality and service.
* Work actively to develop the business and win follow up orders.
* Keep the relevant data up to date.
Your experience and qualifications:
* Experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service or a similar role
* Professional communication by phone and mail.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of Excel.
* English language skills, written and verbal.
* Knowledge of Finnish or Estonian is an advantage.
* Good numercial skills and a structured approach to work.
* Enjoys learning and picks things up quickly.
