We need you here: As an Inside Sales Representative at ECOMAL Sweden you will be part of a dedicated sales team, serving our existing customers in Nordic, Baltic and Asian area. We believe you are an organised and structured person with a friendly manner who enjoys to do administrative tasks combined with service-minded communication. In your daily work you will:
* Support and advise our customers on prices, availabilty and possibilities of our products.
* Conduct price negotiations and monitor price agreements.
* Create offers and confidently manage incoming orders.
* Win follow-up orders.
* Keep the relevant data up to date.
Your experience and qualifications:
* Experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service preferred, ideally in the electronic components industries or other technical industries.
* Professional communication by phone and mail.
* Experience with MS Office, good knowledge of Excel.
* English language skills, written and verbal.
* Finnish or Estonian language skills is an asset.
* Good numeracy skills.
