Key Account Manager Opportunity for Premium Coffee Machines
We are seeking a German-speaking customer service professional to join our team and provide exceptional support for award-winning premium coffee machines.
* Primary point of contact for customer requests via multiple communication channels (phone, chat, and email)
* Support English language customers in the UK and Ireland
* Respond to customer inquiries about new and existing products
* Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues timely and efficiently
Requirements:
* High level of fluency in German
* Great knowledge of English language (oral & written)
* Work experience in customer support role is a plus
* Exceptional communication & soft skills
* Tech savviness & learning agility
