Job Description To strengthen our Transformation & Business Service division, we are looking for an Insurance Manager (m/f/diverse) who will oversee our international insurance portfolio and act as the central point of contact for external insurance providers. Your responsibilities: Manage the company’s global insurance portfolio, including Property, Liability, Transport, Cyber, and additional specialty insurance lines Serve as the central contact and strategic interface for external insurance providers, brokers, and relevant partners Develop, optimize, and steer global insurance programs in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Analyze and assess corporate risks and define suitable risk‑transfer strategies Lead international tender processes and negotiations with insurers and brokers to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency Coordinate and support claims management in partnership with internal departments and external service providers Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across international markets Prepare analyses, reports, and decision proposals for senior management
