Your Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to our clients with disabilities
* Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs
* Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
* Support clients in maintaining their independence and autonomy
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Required Qualifications:
* Completed training as a Heilerziehungspflegehelfer*in or Kinderpfleger*in
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Führerschein der Klasse B (valid driver's license)
