What awaits you?
In your role as Head of Marketing for the Testo Pharma Business Unit, you will lead a global team of marketing experts responsible for demand generation across pharmaceutical supply chains from concept to patient. Further responsibilities include:
* Leadership within the matrix organization with a direct team of 2-4 marketing managers, supported by 15-20 pharmaceutical marketing managers in our country-specific sales organizations.
* Optimizing the customer journey by designing, developing, and implementing an integrated, cross-functional customer journey.
* Ensuring strategic and process alignment to ensure that our customers' existing and future needs are met.
* Implementing global go-to-market strategies to drive growth initiatives.
* Working closely with the Testo Corporate Marketing, Digital, and Sales Excellence teams to define, implement, and align short- and long-term marketing strategies for the pharmaceutical business's products and solutions.
* Implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to effectively position our products and solutions in customer segments, thereby increasing customer acceptance and brand awareness.
* Driving demand for our products and solutions through optimal use of all relevant channels, including direct sales, distribution, and the webshop.
* Leveraging digital solutions such as SEM, SEO, PPC SMM, CRO, ORM, and AI to achieve measurable results to improve sales performance across the entire pharmaceutical business unit.
* Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and data, including trends, competitive analysis, and customer engagement, to improve sales performance.

What should you bring along?
* Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration, natural sciences, or a related discipline
* At least eight years of marketing experience in providing solutions and products for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, including at least four years in leading marketing teams
* Proven success in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and market development, ideally in combination with software, services, and hardware
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external partners
* Fluent written and spoken in English
