Role: PLM Consultant
Practice: Strategic Design & Consulting (SDC)

SDC is the Strategic Consulting Practice of Infosys Engineering Services, focusing on designing, building, and transforming engineering businesses through innovative solutions and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive PLM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to deploy PLM solutions that streamline processes and improve product development efficiency.
3. Support sales teams in developing PLM opportunities and client proposals.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address challenges.
5. Partner with engineering to evaluate and implement PLM software solutions.
6. Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of learning.
7. Establish KPIs to measure PLM initiatives' effectiveness and track progress.
8. Stay updated on regulatory and compliance standards related to PLM.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in PLM strategy, development, and implementation.
* Strong knowledge of PLM principles and tools like PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA.
* Excellent consulting, analytical, and facilitation skills.
* Proven leadership in global, multi-site PLM initiatives.
* Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Aerospace & Defense.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree (preferred).
* Sales experience (a plus).
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) (a plus).
