What you'll do
* Be a key enabler in the transformation of Knauf IT into a product-led organization by defining core processes and frameworks for the delivery of IT products and projects
* Coach and mentor leaders and delivery teams to adopt and incorporate agile methodologies
* Ensure compliance and security within the defined processes
* Define key metrics to guide and improve the performance of IT delivery
* Make strategic decisions regarding process scope, priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives
Who you are
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
* Several years of experience in roles such as Agile Coach (m/f/d), Transformation Coach (m/f/d), Program Manager (m/f/d), or Project Manager (m/f/d)
* Expertise in various agile frameworks, methods, and tools, including Kanban, Scrum, XP, Design Thinking, LeSS, SAFe, Flight Levels, and OKR
* Significant involvement in leading or playing a key role in transformation or organizational change initiatives
* Strong strategic thinking, teamwork skills, openness to innovation, and the ability to inspire trust and persuasiveness with fluency in English and ideally proficiency in German
