Your role with us:


* Installation and configuration of Windows and Apple systems including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
* IT support (on-site and remote) for PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers and conference technology
* Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and documentation within the ITSM workflow
* Support of audio/video systems (AV/VC), including health checks, maintenance and documentation
* Support of VIP users and execution of planned service operations
* Management of IT assets, inventory and repair coordination with external service providers
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams for IT onboarding of new employees
* Analysis and reporting of physical inventory as well as escalation in case of hardware defects



Your profile:


* 3–5 years of experience in IT field support or comparable activity
* Certifications such as MCSE, MCP or A+ are advantageous
* Very good knowledge of Windows 10, imaging, M365, AD, SCCM and common network concepts
* L2 qualification
* Experience with AV/conference systems, MDM solutions (iOS/Android) and cloud platforms
* Strong service orientation, communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends/public holidays
* Class B driving license & willingness to drive (mileage will be reimbursed)
* Physical resilience (lifting up to 23 kg)
