Our Analytics & Data Solutions Department builds the foundation for XING’s data-driven decision-making by combining Analytics, Data Modelling and Data Solutions expertise to create scalable and reliable data foundations. We work in an agile hybrid setup, and we value coming together in the office at least twice per week to foster collaboration and meaningful connection. We are the connecting link between business and technology departments and collaborate with teams such as Product, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing and Legal. Together, we design and drive in-house data solutions that help optimize products and processes while ensuring data is structured, governed and used in a compliant way. We’re currently looking for a curious and motivated Senior Data Solutions Manager who enjoys working with modern technologies and shaping sustainable data architectures. Ensure consistency and evolution of tracking data schemas in close collaboration with analysts and product teams and drive holistic data quality assurance. Lead the end-to-end tracking implementation process and act as the main contact for engineers and product owners. Manage Adobe Analytics administration and enable colleagues through self-service support. Your skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or a similar field. 5 years of professional experience in managing data analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics. Snowplow is a plus. Strong analytical and conceptional thinking in order to translate business demands into technical concepts. The ability to interpret complex data sets and explain corresponding processes and insights in a simple and understandable way. Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to discuss technical approaches with Engineers. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL. Adobe Analytics Workspace is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, especially on a business and tech level.
