Responsibilities
1. Oversee on-site construction activities for complex infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges, utility networks, and specialized civil works
2. Monitor project timelines and manage budget performance to ensure targets are met
3. Carry out quality assurance processes such as inspections, measurements, defect tracking, and final approvals
4. Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and public authorities to ensure smooth coordination
5. Support contract administration, including handling variations and change orders
6. Maintain accurate records of construction progress and site activities
7. Prepare and compile comprehensive project documentation
Candidate Profile
8. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, geology, or a related discipline, or qualification as a state-certified technician
9. Familiarity with construction regulations, planning frameworks, and contract standards (e.g., HOAI, VOB)
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
11. Proactive mindset with a high level of reliability and accountability
12. Interest in continuous professional development
13. Willingness to travel for project assignments
