Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
7. Disciplinary leadership of service technicians in the SKT area (service lifts, ladder and climbing protection systems) in teams of up to employees (currently approx.
8. You will provide guidance and leadership to service technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule
9. You will analyse KPIs and PPIs, derive measures to improve processes and outcomes, and keep organisational and departmental objectives in view
10. You will carry out regular quality and employee audits, ensuring compliance with work instructions, standard times, and material usage
11. You will make operational decisions together with Area Management based on regularly collected performance and process indicators
12. You will identify training needs and ensure targeted employee development to sustainably build competencies
13. Together with the service technicians, you will monitor their working time accounts and coordinate with planners to balance additional and reduced hours
14. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations on site
Your profile – what makes you a great fit!
15. You have completed vocational training in electrotechnical, mechanical, or related field, or you have relevant experience in the wind industry
16. You have already gained experience in leading employees and bring strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
17. You are willing to travel within Germany during the week; you will be back home at the weekend
18. You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps
19. You are comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level
20. You have a driving licence, ideally class BE
21. Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
