We’re Hiring: Marketing & Communication Manager for a Deep Tech Sensing and Physical AI Company
We are a deep-tech company at the forefront of RADAR, Physical AI, and intelligent sensing technologies. Our solutions power next-generation automation, robotics, autonomous systems, and defense applications worldwide.
To scale our global presence, we’re looking for a hands-on Strategic Marketing & Communication Manager who thrives in startup environments, understands complex hardware & AI products, and knows how to turn cutting-edge technology into compelling market stories.
What you’ll do
· Own our global brand, digital presence, and storytelling
· Lead integrated campaigns across digital, product launches, and international trade shows & exhibitions
· Plan and execute on-site campaigns at major fairs (booth concept, demos, messaging, lead capture, follow-up)
· Translate complex RADAR, AI & sensing technologies into clear, powerful messaging
· Build high-impact content: videos, product stories, white papers, case studies, launches
· Drive PR, media relations, and thought leadership
· Work closely with product, engineering, sales & leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
What we’re looking for
· 5+ years in B2B marketing/communications in deep-tech, hardware, robotics, aerospace, defense or similar
· Startup or scale-up experience – you can build, not just manage
· Strong understanding of Physical AI, intelligent hardware, robotics or autonomous systems
· Experience leading campaigns, product launches & trade show marketing
· Excellent storyteller with a technical mindset
