Your tasks
As the Senior Account-Based & Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing ABM & lead generation strategies to drive engagement with high-value accounts and attract new leads to generate measurable business outcomes. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications Europe, you will ensure that all activities align with the overall portfolio and business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on developing targeted, persona-driven marketing approaches, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance, and managing end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, and offline channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s ABM and demand generation strategy, ensuring that marketing efforts resonate with key customer segments and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Your profile
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
* Proven experience (5-8 yrs) in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, ideally in a B2B or software/technology environment.
* Languages: Fluency in German & English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
* Extensive experience in ABM & lead generation, with a proven track record in successful, sales-aligned marketing campaigns in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
* Deep understanding of Business Development and Sales alignment, ensuring marketing efforts support pipeline growth and deal acceleration.
* Proficiency in Salesforce for lead tracking and performance analysis, with strong data interpretation skills.
* Strong content creation and messaging skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling content.
* Strong collaboration and leadership abilities, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and regional/global marketing teams.
* Technical understanding of IT, software, or related industries is highly desirable.
* Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset, with a willingness to experiment with new marketing approaches and formats.
