OpenELAB GmbH is a tech startup founded in 2024, headquartered in Munich. We provide AIoT and robotic intelligent hardware modules for global geeks, tech companies, universities, and research institutes, collaborating on the development of smart hardware products.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Operations Manager to be a foundational member of our growing European team. This is a multifaceted role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about bringing innovative open-source hardware to the market.
We aim to build up our German team, making you as a potential partner in our growth. In the future, there will be opportunities for you to develop into roles such as company partner or professional in different departments, including sales, marketing, product and operation management, etc.
Customer Support (20%): Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving customer inquiries and providing support via email and phone.
Logistics Management (20%): Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
Administrative Management (10%): Provide support in managing HR, finance, tax, and general administrative affairs for the European region.
Bachelor's degree or higher. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, HR, or German is a plus. Full professional proficiency in Chinese, English and German is mandatory.
Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or trade show management is a significant advantage.
