As PRINCIPAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT for the TWIN Program, you will take on a key role in one of the most important strategic transformation initiatives at HUGO BOSS. TWIN is a central enabler for our integrated, tech-driven value chain.
In this role, you will drive program execution end-to-end, maintain strong engagement across all stakeholders, and ensure that TWIN continues to advance the way we design, produce, and deliver our products globally. You will be part of a dynamic environment with high visibility, close interaction with senior leaders, and the opportunity to shape how one of the largest fashion and lifestyle companies transforms its value chain.
What you can expect:
* Manage and coordinate strategic Business Operations programs with a strong focus on the TWIN initiative
* Drive program planning, priorities, and resource allocation in close alignment with Business Operations leadership
* Lead the development of program business cases and manage budgets, including the steering of internal and external partners
* Monitor technology, market, and industry developments and assess their impact and relevance for TWIN and Business Operations
* Support project teams and leadership by preparing decision papers and strategic recommendations for senior management and the Management Board
* Own program-related communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, clarity, and sustained momentum
* Oversee change management needs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support successful adoption
Your profile:
* At least 8 years of professional working experience in project management and/or business management in operations or supply chain field
* 3-5 years thereof relevant experience in top-tier consulting or in transformation/program leadership roles within the fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods, or related industries
* Experience in Business Operations and/or Supply Chain topics, ideally with exposure to global projects
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to structure complex topics quickly
* High degree of ownership, drive, and resilience in fast-paced environments
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels
* Curiosity for new technologies and their application in value chain and operations contexts
* Business-fluent in English; German is a plus
