About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Treasury Consultant to join a client-facing project for a leading organization based in Frankfurt, Germany. This is an exciting freelance opportunity for a consultant with strong expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), treasury operations, and financial markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, treasury teams, and project leadership to deliver high-quality SAP Treasury solutions and support ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary SAP Treasury subject matter expert in a client-facing environment.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Treasury solutions.
Configure and support SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) processes.
Work closely with treasury stakeholders on cash management, money markets, and foreign exchange processes.
Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.
Provide functional expertise throughout project delivery and testing phases.
Support issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and business users.
Required Skills and Experience Strong experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM) .
Treasury Management (TM)
Money Markets
Treasury Operations
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders.
Strong workshop facilitation and communication abilities.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Previous experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
Preferred Experience within large enterprise SAP environments.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Treasury capabilities.
Experience working in international project teams.
Financial services or corporate treasury background.
