What you´ll be working on in our Purchase Management Team:
* You take care of all relevant supply management data and make sure it is provided on time, accurate, complete, and clearly documented.
* You work with supply data from manufacturers and process it according to the company’s high logistics and quality standards for the related orders.
* You build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers through regular and reliable communication.
* You collaborate across teams and functions, share information within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) community, and involve others to find the best solutions.
* You organize your daily tasks efficiently and help ensure smooth and reliable processes.
What you´re good at
* You have completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant (or a comparable qualification).
* You bring strong practical experience in logistics and supply chain support and sales order activities for at least 5 years.
* You keep things moving – from placing purchase orders to making sure deliveries happen on time.
* You stay on top of stock levels, delivery dates and everything in between.
* You like working closely with suppliers and keeping relationships strong.
* You connect the dots across teams to get the best results.
* You take ownership and make sure your topics are handled end-to-end.
* You’re good at spotting risks early and finding smart solutions.
* You know how to keep logistics running smoothly and efficiently.
* You handle returns and challenges in a structured and calm way.
* You work in a quality-driven way and stick to high standards.
* You’re not afraid to tackle issues independently but know when to involve others.
* You are business‑fluent in both English and German.
* You feel comfortable working in an intercultural environment and are open to Japanese business culture.
* You are motivated, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow—both professionally and personally.
