Facility Technician as Service Specialist
We are looking for a Facility Technician to join our team in Berlin Spandau, starting immediately.
Your Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of the overall technical condition of the facilities under your care
* Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technology facilities
* Conducting control rounds and walkthroughs
* Proactive repair and refurbishment
Requirements:
* Technical education with focus on mechanical engineering or similar field
* Several years of experience in facility maintenance and management
* Excellent knowledge of building technology and technical processes
* Good communication and teamwork skills
