We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a: PRODUCT MAKETING MANAGER OUR CLIENT Our client is part of a leading European provider of private label and contract manufacturing solutions for household and personal care products.

The Luxembourg site plays a key role in supporting international operations, offering a dynamic, multicultural environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Product Marketing Manager defines and manages the product portfolio for their area, ensuring it meets market and customer needs.

They are responsible for building and driving the NPD/EPD pipeline, leading related projects, and adapting products for successful market fit.

Working closely with Sales, the Product Marketing Manager analyses performance, identifies opportunities or low-demand products, and supports commercial teams with the right tools and content to execute category recommendations Market Monitoring Understands local market dynamics and category insights.

Makes correct product recommendations.
