We deliver sustainable technology solutions because…… it's on us to make new energy work!Leading the architecture discussion for the Core Platforms (CRM, Billing etc.) to deliver seamless business solutions for the Energy Retail SegmentCollaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical designsWorking closely with the Enterprise Architecture to develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Core environmentsGuiding and supporting project teams throughout the design, development, and implementation phasesEnsuring solutions align with E.ON's business goals, compliance policies, and security standardsFostering collaboration between IT and business units to drive digital transformation initiativesProven experience as a Solution Architect (f/m/d) with expertise in SAP S/4Hana & RISE implementation methodology. Deep knowledge of the RISE with SAP framework for cloud transitionsExperience with SAP BTP integrations. Additional experience with Salesforce and Kraken is preferred but not mandatoryStrong understanding of Energy Retail business processes and how to map them to technology solutionsExperience in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies connecting SAP and SalesforceRelevant certifications in SAP RISE implementation, Salesforce, or solution architectureStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communicator (f/m/d) across varying organizational maturity; fluent English Advance your development: We grow and we want you to grow with us.
