Corporate Financing Operations Support Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Credit Contracting department in optimizing its control execution and data quality processes.
* Mails and Documentation Management: Ensure timely scanning, sending, and chasing of physical mails and original documentation.
* Anomaly Analysis: Conduct basic analysis and simple treatment of anomalies related to Real Estate collaterals CPE and periodic valuation automated processes.
* Operational Controls: Formalize operational controls to enhance process efficiency.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be involved in:
* Performance Indicators: Produce performance indicators for support activities.
* Process Optimization: Document and optimize reporting or operational processes using Excel, macros, and other data management tools with the support of IT experts.
