The Opportunity: Executive Search Lead As Executive Search Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top executive talent for Viessmann Generations Group and its 30 portfolio companies. You will shape leadership teams that drive growth, transformation, and long-term success, ensuring the best-fit talent joins the organization at the highest levels. Your influence will have a direct impact on our long-term investment outcomes. Executive Search & Talent Strategy Define and execute best-in-class executive search strategies to recruit top leadership talent across Viessmann’s portfolio. Work directly with CEOs and Board Members to understand leadership needs and talent gaps. Design a structured, scalable executive hiring framework aligned with business strategy and culture, leveraging AI functionality. Develop and manage C-level talent pools and pipelines for critical leadership roles. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies on talent strategy, executive hiring, and leadership transitions. Partner with external search firms to bring the best executive talent into the organization. Build and maintain a strong network of executive leaders, advisors, and industry influencers. Develop and nurture a high-potential talent pool to meet evolving talent needs across the ecosystem. Leadership Assessment & Hiring Excellence Implement inclusive executive-level assessments to understand leadership potential, culture add, and strategic impact. Utilize data-driven selection methods and personality assessments to ensure rigorous hiring decisions. Innovate and refine the executive hiring process, ensuring a smooth and effective candidate experience. Developing a repeatable, data-driven executive search process that ensures high retention and performance of leadership hires. Creating a robust, future-ready leadership pipeline aligned with Viessmann’s long-term business and investment strategy. What You Bring 10 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or leadership consulting, preferably with insights into an industrial environment. Strong expertise in C-level hiring and deep knowledge of executive search methodologies and assessments. Business fluent language skills in German and English. A highly conceptual mind, with the ability to advise business leaders on talent decisions at the most senior levels. Proven ability to build and maintain executive networks across industries.
