The EU AMXL Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven Field ACES Manager to contribute to the improvement and growth of the EU Last Mile (LM) Operations network. You will scope end-to-end customer benefits through process improvement and floor support to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence in EU AMXL Last Mile Operations. Key job responsibilities •Manage projects of new initiative, coordinating with last mile operations team on implementation. •Analyze metrics to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions. We lead large-scale programs that drive operational improvements and support other teams in Amazon to deliver enhanced solutions and expand the network, offering best-in-class customer experiences.
