In this position, you will be responsible for the planning, management and implementation of IT projects with a focus on digital transformation within public administration. You will also be responsible for the comprehensive support of a specialized eGovernment administration software.

Your tasks
7. Management and implementation of IT projects with a focus on the digitalization of public administration
8. Central support of administrative software, which is used in particular in the area of eGovernment
9. Ongoing introduction of the software at the administrations as well as planning and controlling the projects (incl. migration, workflow setup and license management)
10. Administration of the specialist application and provision of technical support in the event of questions / faults
11. Organization and implementation of training courses for end users
12. Management of the external IT service provider (manufacturer)
Your profile
13. Experience in the implementation of IT projects in the area of software (e.g. ERP, CRM, information system)
14. Knowledge in the support of specialist applications
15. Knowledge of public administration processes is desirable
16. Structured and analytical way of working
17. Open to occasional business trips in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (approx. every two weeks for one day)
18. Driving license class B (vehicle fleet and company car are available at the location)
19. Very good written and spoken German
