We’re looking for a Pricing and Portfolio Analyst to join our Food Colors and Pharmaceutical division across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. In this role, you will work closely with commercial and leadership teams to drive pricing decisions and uncover portfolio insights that lead to meaningful growth.
What you’ll do:
1. Coordinate and administer the execution of pricing strategies across customer accounts and product categories within both Food and Pharma business areas
2. Manage implementation of annual price plan and coordinate adjustments, as well as respond to inquiries
3. Analyze customer data, pricing trends, and sales performance to uncover opportunities and recommend adjustments
4. Support strategic pricing decisions for key accounts, including input for tenders and negotiations
5. Maintain accurate pricing documentation and ensure compliance with audit and governance processes
6. Manage intercompany and affiliate pricing in collaboration with internal stakeholders across global business units
7. Identify opportunities within the product portfolio to streamline offerings and maximize commercial potential
What you’ll bring:
8. A degree in business administration or a similar field
9. Proven previous experience in a financial related field or an analytical role within B2B environment
10. Excellent analytical skills and confidence to work with large sets of data in Microsoft Excel
11. Business-fluent English, with the ability to communicate clearly across different teams and functions (both written and verbal)
12. A proactive mindset with an independent and systematic organization of workplace tasks with attention to detail
13. High integrity and professionalism, particularly when working with sensitive information
14. A drive to bring results, focus on execution, and solve problems to contribute to business success
