1. Lead the R&D and design of the whole machine and core components of large harvesters, including key modules such as header, threshing and cleaning system, hydraulic transmission system, and intelligent control system. Formulate R&D plans and technical routes to ensure that products meet the needs of European agricultural operations and industry standards.
2. Be responsible for the structural optimization, performance improvement and innovative design of harvester products, carry out 3D modeling, CAE simulation analysis, prototype trial production and test verification, and solve technical problems such as structural strength, operation efficiency and reliability in the R&D process.
3. Investigate the market trends, customer needs and competitive technical characteristics of European agricultural mechanization, complete product iteration and upgrading combined with market feedback, and enhance the core competitiveness of products.
4. Cooperate with cross-departmental teams (production, process, quality, procurement, etc.) to promote the implementation of R&D projects, control project progress, cost and quality, and ensure the smooth industrialization of R&D achievements.
5. Participate in formulating technical specifications, standards and inspection processes related to harvester R&D, precipitate R&D technical achievements, guide the work of team R&D personnel, and improve the overall technical level of the team.
6. Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies in the agricultural machinery field (such as intelligent navigation, unmanned operation, energy saving and consumption reduction, etc.), and promote the application and implementation of new technologies, new materials and new processes in large harvester products.
